Our priority was to find a hotel with a safe place to park our vehicle. When we arrived, there's a staff verifying our stay. Then he guided us to the lift carpark. The carpark is access via card. The hotel was easy to locate. It's near malls, shops, restaurants and pasar malam. The room space is huge and there are ample space to place our luggages, baby cot and praying mat.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

Love the location. Close to everything - CIQ &JB Sentral, JBCC & Komtar, nearby to great makan places. We were not thinking of shopping but my luggage multiplied from 2 to 3 to 4. Being on the top floor we had the view of the Straits of Johor and the surrounding areas and were pleasant enough for us to just sit and watch while sipping coffee. The room is clean and had all the amenities. The bed is so comfortable that we slept like a log. The big fluffy towels and bedroom slippers gave it an extra star. The staff are friendly and professional and always ready to answer any questions.

Everything. The hotel fragrance smelled so good, very welcoming as well as the staffs. Stayed here for only 1 night, but since it’s Raya soon there were loud fireworks nearby at pasar karat that lasted until 3am ish but it was okay still can sleep. Great views at 14th floor. Fridge very cold, and also the aircon gets cold quite fast. There’s also ceiling fan. Bathroom is clean, all the necessities are included. Hairdryer, iron, kettle and 2 water bottle tea coffee and everything. Very satisfied. There’s a private carpark lift, need access card to go up so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. Would come here again in future!!

The lobby interior, modern furnishings, ceiling fan available in the room. Easy check in and check out, nearby the night market and plenty of eateries nearby. Room was clean and beds are very comfortable.

1. Clean hotel. 2. Friendly and professional staff. 3. Nice smelling hotel. 4. Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. 5. Safe as entry into the hotel is via the hotel card at the front door. 6. Very good housekeeping. 7. Fast lifts. 8. Just about everything in the room is working well. This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Have been one of our options to try in JB but didn't get the chance till recently booked. Will definitely want to come back again whenever there is a chance. The staff are warm, friendly and always putting on a smile for us, from the one who opens up the door for us to the reception staff and the housekeeping team. You guys should be proud of yourselves with the services that you have provided. Keep up the good work!

Location was close to CIQ and City Square - 10 min walk; which is handy during traffic congestion. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Appreciate the amenities like water, shower gel, shampoo, kettle etc.
